Our Delivery Policy
In trying to keep delivery charges as simple as possible, please note the following charges. Some recent changes have been applied as a result of Brexit.
We strive to provide the best and quickest delivery in Ireland. You can now choose from a range of delivery partners based on which you find provides the best service to you. Each of these services is priced based on what that partner is charging so that our pricing is totally transparent.
We also offer a priority service for the island of Ireland. With this service your order will jump to the top of our queue and will ensure it is picked and packed for our delivery partner for same day dispatch. We cannot guarantee delivery times and this is not a next day delivery service. The cut-off time is 2pm (orders after this may not be ready for that days courier). Delays from our delivery partners after we dispatch are beyond our control, you will need to contact them if you are experiencing delays. Please note, most delivery partners do not operate over the weekend, so priority delivery for orders received before 2pm on Friday would be the following Monday.
Due to BREXIT and the customs and duty charges which are being applied on all deliveries and returns into the UK, orders into Great Britain (this does not affect Northern Ireland) maybe subject to additional charges. If your order is less than £135 (including delivery) this will not affect you. Please note that you should mark any returns as 'Returned Goods / Duty Paid' to ensure they are not held up by customs in the UK as we cannot refund you until we received the items back.

People ask why don't we offer free delivery or returns?
These are a cost to our business which is impossible for us to absorb, we have to pay the courier companies this cost, it's not free to us - It would be a bit like expecting physical stores to pay for customers parking. We know some online sites offer free delivery but in most of these cases they are just increasing their base prices to cover it! So we just prefer to be transparent, we don't increase our items prices, we just charge what we are charged by our delivery partners, we feel that's the fairest way.
We are constantly reviewing our delivery options to select the most cost effective yet reliable sources for our customers and we pledge to maintain these delivery costs and qualities.
Delivery Times
As we are experiencing high volumes of orders please allow 2-4 working days for deliveries within Ireland. You will receive shipping updates from the delivery partner partner when your parcel is en route.
Delivery times can vary depending on your location. Sale items may be stored off-site so please allow up to 5 working days for shipping within Ireland.
For Europe please allow up to 10 days and for the rest of the world you should allow up to 15 days. Where bank holidays, festive occasions or bad weather occur obviously this may also affect your delivery time.
You must provide us with a contact mobile number so that the courier can contact you to organise the quickest possible delivery. You will receive an SMS on the day of delivery with an estimated arrival time.
Please note we strive to complete orders as soon as possible, however during peak times delivery times may be slightly longer than we would like, please understand and bear with us should this happen to your delivery.
